TERMS & CONDITIONS
 
This promotion involves the release of a limited number of locally designed and custom-made vests, each available for purchase at $100. Upon providing proof of purchase to Conexus, Conexus will arrange a meeting between a Conexus financial advisor and the vest purchaser. After confirming all eligibility requirements for the In-VEST promotion have been met, Conexus will credit the Member with a one-time cash bonus of $300 into a new or existing savings account with Conexus Credit Union.
A. OFFER
The offer is only available pending the purchase of the limited vest following the release *set date and time* to Eligible Participants who meet the Qualifying Actions (“Offer”).
B. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
To be an “Eligible Participant”, the individual accepting the Offer must meet the following criteria:
1. Be a new or existing member of Conexus Credit Union (“Conexus”) in good standing (the “Member”);
2. Be a legal resident of Saskatchewan, Canada;
3. Be the age of majority in Saskatchewan at the time of the purchase;
4. Employees, directors and officials of Conexus and its subsidiaries and their immediate families or individuals within the home they are domiciled are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
C. QUALIFYING ACTIONS
To meet the “Qualifying Actions”, an Eligible Participant must meet the following criteria:
1. Purchase one (1) vest through Me & You Handmades website and agree to the terms and conditions for the purchase.
2. All eligibility criteria must be met and terms and conditions must be acknowledged.
3. Upon confirmation of purchase from Me & You Handmades, purchaser details will be shared with Conexus to set up an appointment to:
a. Verify an existing savings account between Conexus and the Member or establish a new savings account with Conexus and the Member.
b. Receive the purchased vest.
4. Once the savings account is available through Conexus, Conexus will provide a one (1) time cash bonus of $300 to be deposited into the Member’s savings account at Conexus.
D. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The promotion cannot be combined with any other offer
2. Only one (1) cash bonus is available per eligible vest purchase
3. The offer is non-transferable
4. Their contact information will be shared with Conexus
5. They release and hold harmless Conexus and its subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, from any losses, claims, causes of action or any liability of any kind arising or to arise in connection with or resulting from participation in Offer, acceptance of the Vest and corresponding $300 deposit, and any use by Conexus of the purchaser's name, residence and photo in connection with their acceptance, participation in or use of the Offer.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY - Conexus shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription or registration of purchaser information, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, faulty, incomplete, incomprehensible, or erased computer or network transmissions, line failures of any telephone network, failure of computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Offer, or for late, lost, stolen, postage due, illegible or misdirected purchaser information.
7. PRIVACY/USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION - All information submitted by the In-Vest Limited Item Drop purchasers will be used for Offer purposes only, and Conexus will contact purchasers with proof of purchase. The purchaser’s personal information will be protected in a manner that is consistent with Conexus’ Privacy Code available at: www.conexus.ca/Privacy
8. SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION - Conexus reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the purchase in whole, or in part for any reason, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
9. In the event that there is a dispute or disagreement between the Member and Conexus Credit Union about this Offer which cannot be resolved after a good-faith effort between the Parties, the matter shall be referred to and be determined by a single arbitrator in accordance with the provisions of The Arbitration Act, 1992 (Saskatchewan). The costs of arbitration shall be borne equally by the Parties, unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

11. Participation in this Offer is your acknowledgement that you have read these terms and conditions, and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
