Mail In Custom Bomber Jacket
 
Our Bomber Jackets are lined with a single layer of batting so that you are able to layer your outfit for desired comfort. Depending on the design and choice of materials, the jackets may include quilted stitching if the layout allows. For patchwork designs, we may omit the quilt lines to reduce bulk and ensure a more comfortable fit. Each jacket is carefully designed to achieve the best overall outcome.

With our Mail-in Custom option, you provide the jersey, flag, or garments to be transformed into your unique custom piece.

Item Guidelines
Jerseys: Must be 2–3 sizes larger than the custom piece you are ordering. If the jersey is the same size as your custom piece, we will not have enough material to complete your order. 
 
Women Sizes vs Men Sizes: Women jersey sizes are generally 1 - 2 sizes smaller than Men sizes and have more of a curve in the waist area. If you would like to send in a women's jersey, we ask that it be at least 2 - 3 sizes larger than the custom piece you are ordering or to send additional pieces to ensure we have enough material to work with.

*PLEASE NOTE: If you are sending in a Hockey jersey, 2 sizes larger is the minimum. If you are sending in a Football jersey, we need it to be at least 3 sizes larger than the custom piece you are ordering. We also always prefer mens sizes over women's to make sure we have enough material.
 
Flags: The flag must be at least 3' x 5', which is the standard size.
 
Garments: Please send at least 2–3 items to provide enough fabric for your custom piece. Any unused material will be returned to you.
 
What if my jersey is too small to turn into the custom piece I’m ordering?

Don’t worry! We can still make it work! We just ask that you send at least 2 - 3 additional items so that we can use your jersey but your piece will have to be made with a patchwork design!

IMPORTANT: Our Bomber Jackets do take quite a lot of material so we will have to add material on our end to accommodate the pattern. We will match material and colours as closely as possible, if you have any requirements please add that in the comments!
 
If you are sending in multiple garments, we will have to do a “Patchwork Design” where we would use as much of the items you send in. The design won’t be determined until we receive them but if you have any specific ideas you would like to incorporate, please include them in the Special Request section.

Sizing & Fit Information
Measure Before Ordering: Ensure your jersey or flag aligns with your desired size. Refer to our Sizing Chart and Measuring Instructions above in photos.
 
Oversized Fit: All coats are designed for a relaxed, oversized fit.
 
Length/Height Options:
Regular Length hits right around the hips
Long Length hit around the bum
 
Available Sizes: S – XL. Please email us if you require additional sizes.
 
Jersey Requirements:
A jersey 2–3 sizes larger than your custom piece is required.
 
A jersey that is the same size as the custom piece (e.g., Mens Large Size with a Large Mens Jersey) cannot be used. In this case, it will have to be a Patchwork design.
 
Customization Details:
We will preserve and relocate emblems or patches if necessary.
 
Interior fabric, threads, and zippers will be matched to team colours as closely as possible.
 
If you have specific requests, please include them in the "Instructions or Special Requests" section.
 
No additional logos, sayings, or vinyl names/numbers will be added to the jersey.
 
If you would like additional logos or patches added to your garment, you must send those with your order. If you have a hoodie or a jersey with a patch or emblem you would like added to your custom piece, please include that with what you are shipping in and add that to the Special Request section of your order. We DO NOT have a stock of extra patches or logos and cannot order those as most manufacturers will not allow that.
 
Production & Shipping:
We ONLY SHIP WITHIN CANADA. We currently do not ship internationally.
 
Please wait for the Shipping Instructions email before sending in your items. Canada Post can only ship to PO Boxes, all our couriers need a physical address which will be included in the Shipping email.
 
Our Custom Pieces take 3–6 weeks to complete after we receive your jersey. If you need it sooner, please include it in the comments and we can ship it sooner at an additional cost.
 
Once your order is placed and reviewed, we will send you shipping or delivery details to send us your jersey, flag or garments.
 
Giving Back:
We are donating $5 from every jersey to Girls in the Game Regina, a local organization that empowers girls by building fundamental skills and self-esteem in sports.
