Mail In Custom Denim Jacket
 
Our Custom Denim Jackets feature the same relaxed, oversized fit as our Puffer Jackets, offering both comfort and style. Each jacket is thoughtfully designed with a patchwork aesthetic that incorporates your mailed-in garments, giving new life to meaningful or preloved pieces. You select the overall tone and style, and our team carefully designs and handcrafts a one of a kind jacket tailored specifically to you. No two jackets are the same, ensuring a truly unique, personalized final piece.
 
*Once you place your order, we will send you shipping instructions within 24 hours. Please note! Any other courier other than Canada Post DOES NOT ship to PO Boxes, please wait for our Shipping Email with our physical address to ship your items.

With our Mail-in Custom option, you provide the jersey, flag, or garments to be transformed into your unique custom piece.
 
Please follow these guidelines to ensure we have enough material to complete your order:

Preloved Game Jerseys
Hoodies and Sweaters
T-Shirts and Long Sleeves
Outerwear
Flags and Pennants
Bandanas
Logo patches
 
Item Guidelines
Jerseys: Send us your favourite game day jersey. Sizing does not matter for the jersey as all Custom Denim Jackets are made with a patchwork design.  
 
Flags: The flag must be at least 3' x 5', which is the standard size.
 
Garments: Please send at least 3 - 4 items to provide enough fabric for your custom piece. Any unused material will be returned to you.
 
Denim: If you have any denim you would like to add or part with, you're absolutely welcomed to send it in as well. 
 
What if my jersey is too small to turn into the custom piece I’m ordering?
Don’t worry! We can still make it work! We just ask that you send at least 3 - 4 additional items so that we can use your jersey but your piece will have to be made with a patchwork design!

Sizing & Fit Information
 
Oversized Fit: All custom pieces are designed for a relaxed, oversized fit.
 
Length Options:
Slight Crop – A shorter, stylish fit.
Regular Length – Standard coat length. Hits right at your hip
Men's Length - 2" Longer than our Regular Length
 
Men’s & Women’s Fit:
Both styles have the same width.
 
Men’s coats have a longer length than Women’s. Men if you are taller and require a longer length, please add that in the comments.
 
Available Sizes: XS – 3XL. If you need a different size, email us at meandyouhandmades@gmail.com.
 
Customization Details:
We provide the denim to complete your order. You choose the tone and we will design your piece specifically for you. Please note we use a mix of new and upcycled denim, if there is a specific design element you would like, ie. the pockets from upcycled denim, please add that in the Instruction or Special Request section. 
 
We will preserve and relocate emblems or patches if necessary.
 
Interior fabric, threads, and zippers will be matched to team colours as closely as possible.
 
If you have specific requests, please include them in the "Instructions or Special Requests" section.
 
No additional logos, sayings, or vinyl names/numbers will be added to the jersey.
 
If you would like additional logos or patches added to your garment, you must send those with your order. If you have a hoodie or a jersey with a patch or emblem you would like added to your custom piece, please include that with what you are shipping in and add that to the Special Request section of your order. We DO NOT have a stock of extra patches or logos and cannot order those as most manufacturers will not allow that.
 
Production & Shipping:
We ONLY SHIP WITHIN CANADA. We currently do not ship internationally.
 
Please wait for the Shipping Instructions email before sending in your items. Canada Post can only ship to PO Boxes, all our couriers need a physical address which will be included in the Shipping email.
 
Our Custom Pieces take 3–6 weeks to complete after we receive your jersey. If you need it sooner, please include it in the comments and we can ship it sooner at an additional cost.
 
Once your order is placed and reviewed, we will send you shipping or delivery details to send us your jersey, flag or garments.
 
Giving Back:
We are donating $5 from every jersey to Girls in the Game Regina, a local organization that empowers girls by building fundamental skills and self-esteem in sports.
