Where do you ship?

We currently only ship in Canada. We are hoping to ship in the US very soon!

When can I expect my order?

We always try to fulfill orders within 1 - 3 business days from date of purchase. We ship all our order with Canada Post. Standard Shipping is 2- 10 business days and does not come with tracking. We do offer Expedited Shipping, 2 - 5 business days that includes a tracking number.

 

With COVID, some customers do experience some delays. If you haven't received your order within 10 business days, please send us an email!

Do you offer Pick Up?

We sure do! Free Local Pick Up is only available in the Regina, Saskatchewan. Once your order is complete, you will receive instructions on how and where to pick up your order!

Return or Exchanges

If your purchase does not meet your expectations we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days from the day your order is delivered. Sale items and masks are final sale.

 

We ask that your items are unwashed and unworn in the same condition in which it was shipped. We cannot be responsible for damage resulting from washing, wear, or misuse.

Can I wash my Scrunchie?

You bet! We asked that you either handwash or throw your scrunchie in the wash on delicate and lay her out to dry!

How do I wash my Microwave Cozy?

Our Microwave Cozies are made with 100% cotton. You can either handwash or put in the wash on delicate but make sure to let air dry. It will definitely shrink if put in the dryer!

Can Box Bags be washed?

Yes, but to keep it's shape, we asked that you wipe down with a damp cloth. Our Box Bags are lined with a coated material that makes it easy to wipe clean.

How do I become a Stockist?

Do you offer Custom Orders?

We sure do! Custom orders do require a minimum and up to 4 - 6 weeks depending on the project. Send us an email for more info!
